Pre-Construction

Competitive Bidding

Paradigm’s astute attention to detail allows our team to mitigate risk at the forefront which results in responsible, competitive bids. We’re experienced in Lump-Sum bids and we thrive with the more involved Requests for Proposals where we showcase our professionalism and complete understanding of a project.

Constructability Analysis

Is it form over function or function over form? Well, it depends! We understand the goal to create a functional space that enhances the experience inside may present challenges. Our creative and exhaustive approach will find the most feasible design solutions. We are committed to providing an honest analysis and straightforward recommendations.

Conceptual Estimating & Budgeting

Paradigm can provide preliminary conceptual budgets to determine early viability of projects as well as periodic budget updates throughout the design process. Our experience and relationships with industry professionals allows us to provide budgets that accurately reflect pricing based on similar projects and current markets.

Construction

From groundbreaking to ribbon cutting, our priority is the client’s expectations and goals. We’ll ask what a successful project looks like from our client’s perspective and work to fulfil that vision.

Project Management

Value Engineering

Paradigm is continuously in search of added value for our projects. When alternate and equal products exist or new products enter the market, our vendors bring attention to the opportunities and provide the necessary guidance.

Post-Construction

Earning our client’s trust doesn’t end at the ribbon-cutting. We stand behind our work and will continue to provide service beyond the sale.

Closeout

Prior to project completion, Paradigm will facilitate a thorough “punch list” walk-through to note any relative project deficiencies. All deficiencies will be remedied prior to project closeout. At project closeout, a Project Manual will be delivered to the team. From maintenance information to as-built drawings, the manual will be a comprehensive reference for the project.

Warranty & Maintenance

At the appropriate time, Paradigm will assist our trade partners with training on how to operate and maintain the major equipment. Regular scheduled maintenance will be explained in detail and we can assist in establishing appropriate maintenance procedures. Equipment warranties are directly transferred to the building owner and are based on the manufacturer’s specifications. Paradigm’s standard labor warranty remains for a period of one year from Substantial Completion.
